Music term 3

1~ why did I choose music? Cause it’s fun and ill like to learn something new.

2~ what would I like to learn? I  wanna try to learn Piano.

4~ who is my favourite singer/band and why? I currently don’t have a favourite singer but I do like to listen to dua lipa songs and I don’t have a favourite band.

Visit to Music Suite

Two weeks ago my class and Wh went to the music suite. 

 we learnt a lot of things  about instruments we also got to play all of the instruments like

drums-electric

-keyboard/ piano  (Havana)

-saxophone 

-ukelele 

-flute 

-electric guitar

-acoustic guitar

and more 

the instruments I played and enjoyed playing were the keyboard/ piano, electric drums, ukelele, acoustic guitar. 

Instrument Families

string

the sting family is the largest family of instruments they came in four sizes  the viola is the smallest in the string family the cello is the biggest in the string family 

Brass

they are sometimes called labrosones. not all instruments are made out of brass. many marching bands use a special tuba called a sousaphone.

woodwind 

is the highest sounding instruments. woodwind family is also a family of instruments  

                                                               Percussion

the most common instrument in the percussion family xylophone, cymbals and snare drum. 

bells, drum, pianos and shakers  

Orchestra

is a band of instruments. it is also a part of music and its only instruments 

                 

Buddy Holly

 Buddy holly 

He was born in 1936. His stage name is Buddy Holly and his real name is Charles Holley. My fave songs that he made are maybe baby and Rave on.he wasn't good at the violin when he was a child. He died at the age of  22 in the year was 1959 3rd of February.
